Thorpe Nursery Pre-School
Manor Farm House
Thorpe Nursery Pre- School Ltd is a registered charity, the day to day running is under the guidance of trained and caring staff headed up by the Manager Mrs Julie Ringrose.
All staff have or are about to complete relevant training and first aid qualifications. Both the manager and deputy manager have a degree in Early Years Care and Education along with Early Years Professional status. We operate a high staff to children ratio and each member of staff is the key person to a particular group of children.
The aim of Thorpe Nursery Preschool is to continue the learning that your child has already begun at home. The nursery will follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and is monitored and registered by OFSTED.
Parents are encouraged to become involved with their child’s learning. All parents and carers are invited to meet with the key person regularly and staff will usually be available at the end of the session or by appointment.
Thorpe Nursery Pre-School aim to provide our children with rich and stimulating learning experiences provided through play in a happy and safe environment. We believe that children’s early experiences are important to build strong foundations for their life-long learning journey. We recognise that all children are unique and learn in many different ways.
We also believe that parents/guardians have the most influence in a child’s life. We view parents as our partners in the education of their children and we wish to work together in collaboration to help all children enjoy and achieve their full potential.
Thorpe Nursery Pre-School are committed to continuous quality improvement.
